What we collect

When a trainer creates a profile, we store the information they submit: name, city, state, specialty, modality, price, bio, schedule, languages, gym, and the contact methods they choose to share (WhatsApp, phone, email, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). If they upload a photo, we store it to display on their public profile.

People searching for trainers don't need to create an account. If someone uses "Use my location," their coordinates are sent once to sort results by distance — we don't store that location.

How we use it

Trainer profile data is shown publicly on CoachRadar so clients can find and contact them directly. We don't sell or share this data with advertisers.

We keep simple analytics for site operators: page type (home, profile, blog), date, traffic origin (e.g. Google, Instagram, direct, bot via Referer/User-Agent), and visitor IP address (and country code when the host provides it). This is used only to understand traffic and abuse — not sold for ads. No advertising cookies.

Third parties

We use OpenStreetMap to geocode cities and look up nearby gyms, and Render.com to host the site and database. Neither receives your contact details — only city/state names for lookup.

Cookies

We only use a cookie to remember your language preference (Spanish/English). No tracking or advertising cookies (no Google Analytics ads tags).

Leads

If you contact a trainer through the form, we send that trainer the name and contact you typed (and a copy to you if you left an email). We keep a record only to operate the product and fight spam — not to sell.

Age

CoachRadar is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly keep profiles of minors.

Your rights

Trainers can delete their account and associated data anytime at coachradar.fit/delete-account (email + password), or by emailing coachradarapp@gmail.com.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top will change when we do.
