What we collect

When a trainer creates a profile, we store the information they submit: name, city, state, specialty, modality, price, bio, schedule, languages, gym, and the contact methods they choose to share (WhatsApp, phone, email, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). If they upload a photo, we store it to display on their public profile.

People searching for trainers don't need to create an account. If someone uses "Use my location," their coordinates are sent once to sort results by distance — we don't store that location.

How we use it

Trainer profile data is shown publicly on CoachRadar so clients can find and contact them directly. We don't sell or share this data with advertisers.

Third parties

We use OpenStreetMap to geocode cities and look up nearby gyms, and Render.com to host the site and database. Neither receives your contact details — only city/state names for lookup.

Cookies

We only use a cookie to remember your language preference (Spanish/English). No tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

Trainers can request their profile be removed or corrected anytime by emailing coachradarapp@gmail.com.
